Navigate to the Chat Icon, usually in the lower right corner of your computer screen:
Initiate the Chat:

- You'll be notified to add some details about yourself so we can assist you. Some information that will be collected by our form is: Your Name, your Account Number, your email address, what kind of unit you are in, and a brief outline of what your question is about.
- You can also hit the link in the chat box to go to our Help Center search page, where you can search for an answer to your question without needing to chat with us!
You will then be put into our Chat queue, and given a place in line before an agent is available. From here feel free to type out a message beneath the form, and we will review your account.
If you need to leave before we are able to get to you, we will follow up with you via email once a Utility Expert is available.
