How is my Final Bill Calculated?

Understanding Final Bills

Final bills are generated based on your account’s previous billing history and are typically issued 1-2 weeks after your lease end date. All final bills from Conservice are then forwarded to the management company overseeing your rented apartment.

Timing and Calculation

For example, if your lease ends on April 30th, you can expect to receive your final bill within the first two weeks of May.  If, for example, the March bill totaled $40, we calculate the final bill by dividing this amount by the number of days in March. With March having 31 days, the per-day charge is $1.29. Since April only has 30 days, the April service charges would amount to $38.70.

Variable Periods

Final bills may sometimes cover longer periods than regular bills. However, the calculation method remains consistent; we multiply the average per-day amount, which is generated from the most recent bill we sent out, by the number of days in the final bill period.
