Payment Options - Community Collect

Some properties opt for in-house management of balances and payments rather than Conservice’s management. Below is an example of what the Conservice website will show if your property handles payments in-house.

While there may be a balance displayed on the online Conservice account, this will not always be accurate to your balance due to your leasing office and often will show a zero dollar balance. For questions about your balance for accounts such as this, please contact the management office of your community.

Bill Examples:

  1. This example shows the bottom right corner of your bill that states that payments should be made to your leasing office.

  2.  This example shows “Current Rent and Lease Charges.” Accounts using this collection method often have rent and other lease charges alongside the utility charges. Although these are calculated by the property management, per your lease, they’re included on your Conservice bill for the convenience of knowing your monthly total of rent and utilities. If your statement includes charges such as this, payments should always be made to your leasing office.

Community Collect FAQ:
Q: What if the balance on the Conservice bill differs from my property management’s website?
A: If your property uses Community Collect, balance information in Conservice’s system may only be updated monthly. Therefore, discrepancies between the Conservice bill and your property management’s online payment portal may occur. Always refer to your leasing office for the most updated balance.
