Updating Account Settings

In your Conservice online account, you can manage key account settings directly. Here’s what you can update and how to do it:

What You Can Update Online:

  1. Email Address for Ebills:

    Update your email address to ensure you receive all billing notifications.
  2. Home and Cell Phone Numbers:

    Keep your contact information current for any important communications.
  3. Password:

    Change your password regularly to maintain account security.
  4. Username:

    Modify your username as needed for easier account access.
  5. Autopay Preferences (if applicable):

    If Conservice processes payments for your address, you can also edit your autopay preferences. For more details on payment options, see the article Paying Your Conservice Bill.

How to Update Your Settings:

  1. Log in to Your Account:

    Go to www.utilitiesinfo.com and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings:

    Find the Account Settings section on your dashboard.
  3. Make Your Changes:

    Update your email, phone numbers, password, username, or autopay preferences as needed.
  4. Save Changes:

    Ensure you save any changes before exiting the page.

What Requires Customer Service Assistance to Update:

For updates to other account information, such as:

  • Mailing Address

  • Move-In Date
