How To Read Your Bill

Here is an example of what your bill may look like. See the descriptions below for more details about each section of the front page of the bill.

Page 1:

1. Bill Details:
This section outlines all the specific details for your bill, they will include the account number, name on the account, due date, statement date, total charges on the bill, your service address, and your web pin. Note: The due date of your statement cannot be changed. Conservice issues bills for entire communities. Because our bills are calculated and sent in masse, adjusting the due date is not possible.

2. Contact Info:
This section outlines who to contact with questions about your bill. Sometimes there will be three sections, or there can be fewer depending on your specific location. It also shows what the bill is for and the name of the property you live or rent at.

3. Current Utility Charges:
This section outlines your charges. Each charge will show the name of the charge, the service period which it covers, and the charge amounts. Beneath the line at the bottom of this section, it sums the charges into the total charge, which is also included in the Bill Details.

4. Payment Section:
This section outlines the account number, the amount due, and the due date. If you view the bill online, it still shows this information.

5. Service Address:
This section always shows the name and the service address of the account.

6. Payment Address:
This section shows payment should be made to your Property Management.
