Conservice Website Overview

Welcome to the Conservice website overview! While we do not have a mobile app, our website, utilitiesinfo.com, is mobile-friendly. This guide provides a general overview of the site and the information available to you.

Home Page

Upon logging in, you’ll land on the Home Page, which provides an overview of your account and links to all other pages. To return to this page from anywhere on the site, click the three lines in the upper left corner to open the navigation bar, then select “Home.”

Bills Page

The Bills Page is where all your Conservice bills are uploaded. Bills are listed by due date, and clicking on each bill will display a preview. For a detailed guide, see the article “How to Download Your Bill.”

• Navigation: Click any link under the “Bills” box on the Home Page or the “Bills” link in the navigation bar.

Account History

The Account History page provides a summary of your account's history. For more details, see “Reading Your Account History.”

• Navigation: Click the “View Account History” link under the “Account History” box on the Home Page or the “Account History” link in the navigation bar.

Account Settings

On the Account Settings page, you can update various information about your Conservice account. For a detailed overview, read “Updating Account Settings.”

• Navigation: Click any link under the “Optimize Your Account” box on the Home Page or the “Account Settings” link in the navigation bar.

Recent Activity

The Recent Activity page displays recent actions on your account, such as logins and payments, along with dates and times. Filters are available for specific searches.

• Navigation: Click the “View All Activity” link under the “Recent Activity” box on the Home Page.

Account-Specific Pages

• Payment Page: Available only for accounts where payments are made to Conservice. For detailed instructions, see “Payment Options - Conservice Collect.” 
  • Navigation: Click the green payment button under the “Make a Payment” box on the Home Page or in the navigation bar.
• Usage & Facts Page: Available for accounts where utility usage is part of the billing. For more information, see “Reading Your Meter Readings and Consumption.”
  • Navigation: Click the “View Usage & Facts” link in the navigation bar or under the “Utility Usage” box on the Home Page.

CCPA Request Form

This form is specifically for California residents. For more details, see “California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).” 

• Navigation: Access through the navigation bar.
